TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms of Entry ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you and The Jar Pickleball Club ("TJPCC" or "we") regarding your participation in any TJPCC event, league, program, court booking, or competition ("Event") at the TJPCC-owned venues located at:

• 29 White St, South Melbourne, 3205, Victoria, Australia

• Tenancy 2, Level 1/55 Pyrmont Bridge Rd, Pyrmont NSW 2009, Australia

a) Acceptance: By participating in any TJPCC Event at any Venue, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.
b) Amendment: TJPCC reserves the right to amend these Terms, with any changes becoming effective upon posting. Your continued participation in any TJPCC Event constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

TJPCC organises Events at each Venue and operates these facilities.

Participants are considered members. Your participation may be subject to additional waivers, policies, rules, or Venue-specific conditions. Failure to comply may result in restricted access.

You acknowledge inherent risks in sports participation, including property damage, illness, bodily injury, or death. By participating, you release TJPCC from any liability related to your involvement in TJPCC Events.

TJPCC does not reimburse medical expenses. Participants are encouraged to secure their own insurance.

Participants must adhere to the Code of Conduct outlined by TJPCC. TJPCC reserves the right to take necessary disciplinary actions, with decisions being final.

TJPCC may use images of your participation for promotional purposes through various media.

By entering any TJPCC Venue, you agree to the following conditions of entry:

• All entrants must wear non-marking shoes.

• High heels of any sort are strictly prohibited. Any damage caused by such footwear will be charged.

• Obey all displayed signs and follow staff directions.

• No child under 10 allowed without adult supervision.

• Actively supervise children and ensure compliance with these conditions.

• Prohibited items: alcohol, drugs, weapons, glass, and breakable objects.

• Note: alcohol may be purchased and consumed onsite from the licensed bar. It cannot be taken offsite or consumed outside of designated areas.

• Only guide dogs allowed; no other animals permitted.

• No offensive language or disruptive behaviour.

• Do not endanger, obstruct, or damage premises or property.

• Use allocated storage for personal property; do not leave unattended.

• Obtain consent for camera or recording device use.

• You are responsible for any wilful or negligent damage caused.

• TJPCC and each Venue are not liable for loss, damage, injury, or death.

• Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry or eviction.

• Right to refuse entry or evict for any reason, including intoxication.

• CCTV in operation throughout each facility.

• Note any additional area-specific conditions of entry within each facility.

By participating in any TJPCC Event at any Venue, you expressly agree to the above Terms and Conditions of Entry.
