REFUND POLICY

Court bookings cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking will not be eligible for a refund.

No-shows without prior notice will not receive refunds or credits.

Programs cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time can be rescheduled to another session.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled program will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

Requests for full refunds or club credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis; please contact staff for assistance.

No-shows without prior notice will not receive refunds or credits.

Lessons or coaching sessions cancelled with at least 48 hours notice will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling without penalty.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee, with the remaining balance available as credit.

No refunds or credits will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking or for no-shows.

In the event of cancellation with more than seven (7) days' notice, no cancellation fee shall be imposed. The deposit will not be withheld but can be used as a credit towards future bookings.

Cancellation with seven (7) days' notice or less, the deposit will be forfeited, or a cancellation fee amounting to twenty percent (20%) of the total estimated cost (confirmed number of attendees multiplied by the selected package amount will be charged.

Minimum Spend Requirement: There is an 80% minimum spend requirement based on the confirmed number of attendees. Please note, the bar spend does not contribute toward this minimum amount.

If the centre temperature exceeds 38 degrees Celsius, refunds or credits will be provided for affected bookings. Customers will be notified via email regarding any heat-related closures and refund procedures.

Unused merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided it is in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Membership fees are non-refundable once purchased, except in exceptional circumstances determined at management discretion.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
